Cookies

The public pages of the website set no cookies. One cookie is used only for logged-in administrators, and it is necessary for the login to work.

Visitor statistics

The website uses no web analytics and no tracking tools. No data is shared with third parties.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, your name, your email address, your subject and your message are used so that the board can read and answer it.

The message is not stored in the website’s database. It is sent as email to the association’s address, and thereafter exists only in the association’s mailbox. The content of the message is never written to the website’s logs.

The legal basis is legitimate interest: that the association shall be able to answer questions from residents, estate agents and others who contact it.

Protection against misuse

To stop automated mailings, the number of messages per sender during a period of time is limited. A one-way computation of the IP address is used for this — the original IP address is not stored and cannot be computed back. The data is deleted automatically after twenty-four hours.

Server logs

The website’s own logs contain technical events and errors. They contain no message text, no passwords and no visitors’ IP addresses, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data the association processes about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to object to the processing. Contact the board to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

På webbplatsen finns en assistent som svarar på frågor utifrån föreningens publicerade dokument, sidor och verifierade uppgifter. Så här hanteras det du skriver.

Din fråga sparas inte

Frågan sparas varken i webbplatsens databas eller i dess loggar. Frågor och svar visas i webbläsaren så länge du har sidan öppen. Laddar du om sidan är de borta.

Vad som skickas vidare

För att kunna formulera ett svar skickas din fråga tillsammans med utvalda textutdrag ur föreningens publicerade material till en språkmodell som drivs av OpenAI. Inget annat skickas: inga personuppgifter från föreningen, inga dokumentfiler och inget material som inte är publicerat på webbplatsen.

Enligt OpenAI:s villkor för deras programmeringsgränssnitt används data som skickas dit inte för att träna deras modeller. Svaret sparas inte hos dem som applikationsdata. Uppgifter kan finnas kvar en kortare tid i deras loggar för missbrukskontroll.

Skydd mot missbruk

Antalet frågor per besökare begränsas under en tidsperiod. Till det används en envägsberäkning av IP-adressen — den ursprungliga adressen sparas inte och går inte att räkna tillbaka. Samma metod som för kontaktformuläret.

Statistik

Föreningen sparar hur många frågor som ställs, hur ofta assistenten hittar ett svar och vad tjänsten uppskattas kosta. Ingen frågetext och ingen IP-adress ingår i den statistiken, och den går inte att koppla till en person.

Om du inte vill använda assistenten

Assistenten är helt frivillig. Du kan använda webbplatsen och kontaktformuläret precis som vanligt utan att ställa någon fråga till den.
