Statutes
The association’s statutes were adopted on 15 June 2023. The full document can be read further down the page.
The statutes govern the affairs of the association. Some of the provisions most often asked about are summarised below. The summary does not replace the statutes — always read the original text in the statutes document.
Some of the provisions of the statutes
- § 1 Name. The name of the association is Bostadsrättsföreningen Silverfasanen 3 (769621-6212).
- § 3 Registered office. The board of the association has its registered office in the Municipality of Stockholm, County of Stockholm.
- § 7 Board. The board shall consist of no fewer than three and no more than five board members, with no fewer than zero and no more than two deputy members.
- § 8 Auditor. One or two auditors with no more than two deputy auditors are appointed by the ordinary general meeting.
- § 9 Financial year. The association’s financial year is 1 January–31 December.
- § 16 Maintenance. The board shall draw up a maintenance plan and inspect the association’s property each year.
- § 18 Funds. A fund for external maintenance and a disposition fund shall be established within the association.
For matters not governed by the statutes, the Swedish Tenant-Ownership Act, the Economic Associations Act and other applicable legislation apply.
